Appointment No Show and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an appointment on my website or by texting me via Instagram and text messages. Cancellations will not be accepted via email. Deposit will be non refundable. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their start time will be charged 75% of the appointment value from your account. If cancellation occurs less than 12h hours before an appointment is set to begin, the charge increases to 100%. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the scheduled services and/or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited.

Deposits are final and no-refundable.

Service received cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling is the same as canceling.

Late Client Policy

If a client is 15 minutes or later for an appointment, they will be considered a no show and we cannot guarantee the ability to perform the scheduled service. Clients will be offered a reduced service if there is time, out of respect for the time of our technicians and the clients to follow.

Important Health Notice

I do not work over any fungal infections, blood clots (Subungual Hematoma), or any other bacterial or viral infections. If your nails indicate any of these, please visit a podiatrist and get treatment before seeing me. If you make an appointment and I identify any of these, then the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the full service. No refunds.
